Terms of Use

Steal Risk is a party game: players propose challenges to each other and freely decide whether to carry them out. The app only provides the game tool (rooms, suggested questions, scores, leaderboards). Challenges are written by players, not by us.

You must be at least 16 to use the app. The Spicy pack and the rooms where it is enabled are for adults only: by enabling it you declare that you are at least 18. If the laws of your country set a higher age for this kind of content, that age applies.

Each player is solely responsible for the challenges they propose and for those they decide to carry out. You can always refuse a challenge: in the game it only costs points.

Do not propose or carry out challenges that endanger your health or safety or that of others, that are illegal, that involve non-consenting people or that involve alcohol consumption by minors. Do not drive and do not use the app in situations where you need to stay focused.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, injuries, losses or consequences arising from challenges proposed or carried out by players, from content written by other users or from use of the app contrary to these terms.

You can sign in with Google, Apple or as a guest. A guest account is tied to the device: if you uninstall the app or change phone, guest data (stars, histories, unlinked purchases) may be lost; to keep it, link a Google or Apple account.

You are responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings or as described at https://stealrisk.com/delete-account.

In online rooms, and especially in Random mode where you play with strangers, it is forbidden to:

- post content (text, photos, videos) that is offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or that depicts minors;

- harass, threaten or intimidate other players;

- request or share personal data, yours or others' (addresses, phone numbers, social profiles), or meetings outside the app with strangers;

- spam, advertise or promote other services;

- upload images of other people without their consent;

- use bots, multiple accounts, exploits or modified versions of the app to alter credits, scores or purchases.

Any content can be reported by other players. Reports are reviewed manually; in case of a serious violation the account is blocked and deleted within about 24 hours. You can dispute the decision by writing to info@stealrisk.com.

You remain the owner of what you write and upload. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence limited to running the game: showing your content to other members of the room, storing it for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and using it for moderation. We do not use your content for advertising or other purposes.

You warrant that you have the right to publish what you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Stars in Random mode are virtual credits with no monetary value, non-transferable and non-refundable; they regenerate according to the rules shown in the app, which we may change.

Paid packs (e.g. Couple Spicy, Spicy Room) are one-time purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase includes applicable taxes. Content is available immediately after purchase; with immediate activation you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, as stated in the store. Refunds and disputes are handled by the store under its rules; you can still write to us for help.

A purchase is linked to your account and to the store ID used. You can restore it on the same store with "Restore purchases".

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. In countries where it is required we ask for your consent to personalised ads; you can change it from Settings > Ad privacy options.

Steal Risk, the logo, the graphics, the suggested question texts and the app code belong to Rocco Carbone. You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its content.

The app is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features (including modes, questions and leaderboards) and update these terms. Substantial changes are announced in the app or on the website; by continuing to use the app you accept them. If you do not, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory protections and courts of their country of residence still apply. For online disputes you may also use the European dispute resolution platform, where available in your country.
